Zhongwang Software Headquarters Building

The project is located in Tianhe Smart Valley in Guangzhou, adjacent to the Olympic Sports Center. It covers an area of 6,889 square meters and has a total construction area of approximately 45,000 square meters. The building height is 42 meters. It is scheduled to be completed and put into use in 2024.
Through simple geometric cutting, four equal-shaped but mirror-image inverted rhombuses are carved out from the four corners of the building, forming four continuous facades that merge the abstract patterns representing the initials of ZWSoft (“Z”) and the “工” shape representing industrial architecture. This showcases the enterprise’s distinctive identity.
The four cutting corners are designed with gold-coated glass, and each corner space is endowed with dynamic and high-level usage functions. The building facades outside the cutting corners are simplified, combined with golden openings, making the overall image of the building like a golden stone with its four corners opened, symbolizing Zhongwang’s pursuit in the CAD research and development field, with the stone opening up.
Based on a flat management system, the client requested more “third spaces”: blurring the boundaries between office and leisure, and flexible spatial functions. This aims to stimulate unlimited creative possibilities. The design team has constructed a third space system from the bottom up along the front and rear main facades. This enables the building to achieve a functional and flow connection from the first floor to the roof, jointly becoming the innovative, open, free, and sharing public space of the headquarters building.
