The final review meeting of the “China Illuminating Engineering Society Landscape Lighting Award” for 2019 was held on July 22-23, 2020, in the Tencent Video Conference Hall. The final review committee evaluated the application projects recommended by the initial review experts and reviewed by the intermediate review experts.
This award selection aims to advocate the concepts of quality, credibility, environmental protection, and technological innovation in the landscape lighting industry chain, guiding and promoting the healthy development of the landscape lighting industry.
According to the “China Illuminating Engineering Society Landscape Lighting Award Evaluation Regulations”, the final review committee, adhering to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, carefully reviewed the materials submitted by the application units. The intermediate review experts conducted on-site investigations of some key projects. On July 23, 2020, the final review committee listened to the reports of the project leaders of 28 key projects and announced the review results.

01 Xingping Leisure and Wellness Resort Area in Yangshuo, Guangxi
The historic Xingping Town is the most beautiful ancient town along the Li River. Xingping Town is renowned for its beautiful mountains and waters, and its Li River section is over 20 kilometers long. On both sides of the river, there are continuous peaks, strange and peculiar, with various shapes and postures. Green mountains are arranged in a row, and lush bamboo forests are everywhere. Xingping, an ancient town on the Li River far from the hustle and bustle, has charming scenery, picturesque mountains and waters throughout the year, a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, extraordinary rural charm, adding a strong vitality to this town.

02 Fu Ya International Finance Center (Nanning 1#)
The Nanning Fuya International Finance Center project is located at No. 403, Wuxiang Avenue. It is an office building in the CBD of Wuxiang New District. From the Nanjing Bridge, after crossing under the bridge and entering the Wuxiang Overpass, you can easily spot it. In every urban CBD, there is always a landmark building. In Guangxi, the Fuya International Finance Center project is located at the gateway position of the CBD of Wuxiang New District. It adopts modern business design, with a pair of high-rise, streamlined twin towers of different heights. At the same time, its elegant elliptical shape distinguishes it from the traditional office building design. Visually, it stands out among many office buildings and outperforms other regional office building projects in terms of height. The project covers an area of 22 mu and has a total construction area of 200,000 square meters (206,239.16 square meters). It consists of a 70-story 300-meter office building (Building G1) and an 8-story annex building (Building G2), with each floor having an area of approximately 2,000 square meters. Due to the elliptical shape of the building, the area of each floor varies slightly depending on the floor level. The height of each floor is 4.15 meters, and the business floors from 65 to 70 have a height of 4.5 meters. Buildings G1 and G2 are perfectly connected and integrated through an elevated business corridor. The north side offers a view of Qingxiu Mountain and the Yongjiang River, while the south side provides a distant view of the Wuxiangling Forest Park. Surrounding the project are Hangyang City Mall and several high-end commercial streets.
