On January 6, 2020, the 2019 Professional Committee Work Summary and 2020 Professional Committee Work Plan Meeting of the Guangdong Lighting Electrical Appliances Association was held in the association’s conference room.
Wu Wenfeng, the president of the Guangdong Lighting Electrical Appliances Association, Chen Zeyun, the supervisor, Nie Lianghong, the secretary-general, as well as the heads of various specialized committees such as the Education Lighting Committee, the Design Committee, the Agricultural Lighting Committee, the Cultural and Creative Lighting Committee, the Standardization Working Committee, the Industrial Support Committee, and the Power Supply Committee, all attended this meeting.
The meeting mainly discussed the work summaries of each professional committee in 2019 and the work plans for 2020. It also divided the responsible fields of each professional committee to ensure the full play of the functions of the committees, further strengthen the mutual assistance among the committees, and enhance the cohesion of the industry.
At the meeting, the first to present was President Wu Wenfeng, who gave a report on the work deployment of the association in 2020.
The heads of various professional committees presented and exchanged information on the achievements of 2019 and the plans for 2020.
Secretary-General Nie Lianghong stated at the meeting that in 2020, the association will enhance its efforts in industrial research and standard formulation, and will regularly organize cross-industry exchange activities, strengthen party building and public welfare activities, etc. He hopes that each specialized committee will actively play its role and assist the association in carrying out relevant work.
Finally, Chairman Wu Wenfeng summarized the meeting and put forward requirements for each professional committee. He hoped that there would be more communication, cooperation and exchanges among the professional committees and between the professional committees and the association. They should carry out relevant work based on the development trends of their respective industries, fully exert the industry functions of the professional committees, and jointly promote the development of the industry.
