Haihao International Tower is situated on the south side of Shuangta Road in Pazhou, immediately west of the Yuanda Headquarters Tower. The project occupies a land area of approximately 7,835㎡, with a total GFA of about 93,200㎡ (70,100㎡ above ground and 23,100㎡ below ground). The lighting concept revolves around two core ideas:
- Daily Mode – “Quiet Elegance”: A restrained palette of 3000K–4000K warm-to-neutral white linear washing and precise accent lighting that outlines the tower’s vertical fins and horizontal spandrels, emphasizing structural rhythm and material texture without overpowering the surroundings.
- Celebration Mode – “National Pride & Corporate Energy”: The fully programmable high-resolution media façade transforms the east and west elevations into a canvas for large-scale animated content. On national holidays, the building proudly displays the flowing Five-Star Red Flag (as shown in the render), while tenants can schedule their own brand animations or festive greetings.
Key Technical Features
- Over 3,800 sets of high-power RGBW linear fixtures and narrow-beam spotlights, all DMX512-controlled with 16-bit precision.
- Pixel pitch of 80 mm on primary façades, achieving broadcast-grade visual performance even from 1+ km away.
- Integrated astronomical clock and ambient light sensors automatically switch between daily, energy-saving, and celebration modes.
- Full backup power and remote monitoring ensure 99.99% uptime for both standard illumination and media playback.

By day, Haihao International Tower is a sleek corporate address.
