The project is located in the Nanotechnology Intelligent Technology Science and Technology Park developed in the first phase of the Zhongxin Knowledge City in Huangpu District, west of Innovation Avenue, east of Yongjiu Expressway, and north of Information Road. It is the second phase of the Nanotechnology Intelligent Technology Science and Technology Park. As the largest nanotechnology research and development base in the country, it bears the historical mission of breaking bottlenecks, overcoming technical difficulties, and producing cutting-edge products.
The project is divided into six parts: headquarters office building, R&D office building, R&D center, skyscraper factory, talent apartment, and shared activity platform. It is a technology park integrating office, production, and research, mainly for various emerging small and medium-sized technology companies to settle in. Gathering office, production, and research can greatly improve efficiency, which poses high requirements on space allocation and flow organization.
