The Huya Global R&D Headquarters project is located in the Nanhai District of Sanlong Bay, Foshan City, adjacent to the Panyu-Nanhai Bridge and in close proximity to Guangzhou South Railway Station. It covers an area of 29,258.41 m² with a gross floor area of 131,660 m².
The overall planning layout of the project integrates various factors such as architectural form, traffic organization, and static and dynamic zoning. Through multi-level terrace space design, it creates a vibrant and upward-moving overall image. The 150-meter-high R&D headquarters tower and the 100-meter-high office tower are interconnected through sky bridges, echoing the Huya LOGO image. Additionally, the project creatively employs a clever “vertical + horizontal” design, creating diverse functional areas such as sky studios, sky gardens, and canopy plazas, greatly enriching and expanding the internal and external spaces of the building.
