The Glory Square project is located adjacent to the Guangzhou South Station station of Metro Line 22. The project cost is approximately 564 million yuan. The total land area is about 13,000 square meters, and the total construction area is 128,000 square meters. It is a super high-rise commercial building integrating a 39-story office tower, a 4-story underground garage, and a 2-story commercial podium. The building height is 198 meters. Currently, the podium of the project has been completed, and the main structure and the balustrade of the tower are under construction. After completion, the project will become another landmark building in the core area of Guangzhou South Station.
