The design and development building of Guangzhou Metro Design Institute is located west of Yuncheng East Road and north of Blue Sky New Garden, with a building height of 80 meters.
The design and development building is located in the core area of Baiyun New Town, with a total construction area of approximately 69,200 square meters. It is a comprehensive building integrating informatization, intelligence, and humanization. Incorporating the concepts of ecological energy conservation and green low-carbon, the building adopts solar photovoltaic power generation system, rainwater recycling system, direct drinking water system, and efficient sanitary ware. The green building rating is three stars.
As the headquarters building of “Metro Design”, Guangzhou Metro Design Institute boldly applies cutting-edge technologies in the industry, aiming to create a comprehensive rail transit industry design and development and integration display center that integrates informatization, intelligence, and humanization; actively practices the concept of ecological energy conservation and green low-carbon, striving to make the building the first near-zero energy consumption high-rise building in the Guangzhou area.
