China COSCO Shipping Tower is located at 139 Gangwan Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. It is positioned according to the planning of creating a “radiating shipping service center and professional port business center in South China” in this area. The project has a total land area of 10,738 square meters, with 21 floors above ground. The first to third floors are commercial floors, and the fourth to 21st floors are office buildings. There are two underground floors with more than 300 parking spaces available. The project focuses on creating a gathering area for South China shipping service enterprises with both headquarters economy and R&D functions. It is planned as an engine project for the development of shipping services, modern trade and distribution, and port-based headquarters economy in the Huangpu Port Economic Zone.
