This project is a single building with a total construction area of approximately 85,600 square meters. The maximum building height is about 140 meters (including 29 floors above ground and 4 floors underground). After the completion of this project, it will further strengthen the comprehensive financial service capabilities of the financial district in terms of “insurance + bank + investment”.
The design concept of the project’s floodlighting mainly aims to regulate the proportion relationship of the building, distinguish the main and secondary body blocks of the building, and present the light and transparent (lightness) spatial feeling through the light and shade.
