With a total investment of 830 million RMB, the building is planned to have 38 floors above ground, 3 floors underground, reaching a height of 196.2 meters. It will be a super Grade A office building with commercial and office functions, aiming to become a landmark in the RBD headquarters area of Jihua Main Street, Foshan. It is positioned as a high-quality office landmark building in Foshan City.
The design concept of Foshan City Development Building is inspired by Foshan’s city flower – the white magnolia. Like a sacred spirit, it is understated yet elegant, reflecting the mild and pragmatic character of the people of Foshan.
