Shenghe Bay District Building is located in the core area of the urban CBD of Dongguan. This project simultaneously implements the trend-oriented guidance for high-rise buildings at the top, middle section, and near-ground levels of the building, and integrates them into the overall spatial logic and multi-level recognition of the building. This has clearly become the exemplary value of this building’s design.
