On September 10, 2021, the Liwan operation center of Great Shenlin Pharmaceutical Group, designed by GWP, held a topping-out ceremony in Haolong International Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park in Liwan District. This project, as the first completed project among the first batch of new industrial land (M0) projects in Guangzhou, is located in Haolong International Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park in Liwan District. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of the old and new functions in Liwan District and accelerate the construction and development of the old city.
The project showcases a masterpiece of landscape aesthetics, extending the natural environment into the building. Through sky terraces and rooftop gardens, it creates a series of staggered green corridors on the vertical facade, providing multiple public places for visitors and staff for relaxation, communication, recreation, and getting close to nature. This enables the integration of architecture, nature, and functions, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenic experience of the city views while strolling, such as wandering among the flowers and trees in the forest. It aims to create a unique green vertical ecological shared park for the enterprise. We hope to shape a vibrant urban oasis here, with vertical green ecological building forms and rich vibrant innovative space atmospheres, bringing comfortable space places to the team and the surrounding community environment.
