As the lights began to shine, the neon lights stretched across the sky, illuminating the night. Guangzhou International Pharmaceutical Port International Pharmaceutical Exhibition and Trade Center
In 2019, with its excellent reputation and capabilities, it successfully won the bid for the general lighting project of the Guangzhou International Pharmaceutical Port International Pharmaceutical Exhibition and Trade Center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The lighting was successfully turned on in 2020.
ZhuJiang New Town B1-1 Project
The project investment amount is approximately 1.2 billion yuan. The Yuhai Financial Center project is developed and constructed by Guangdong Yuhai City Investment Co., Ltd. It is located in the northwest corner of Block B1-1 in Zhujiang New Town (within Xiancun Street, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, on the south side of Huangpu Avenue West, the east side of Huaxia Road, and the west side of Zhujiang River Road). On February 26, 2020, the project was named Yuhai Financial Center.
New Generation Information Technology Value Innovation Park
The New Generation Information Technology Value Innovation Park is a microcosm and essence of urban business, a multi-functional and multi-variety commercial space. At the same time, it is an area with a relatively high density of city neon lights, and its night view directly reflects a city’s science and technology, economic development and aesthetic level.
Huatong Plaza
Huatong Plaza is a large-scale comprehensive shopping center that integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment and dining. It is located on the north-south expansion axis of the commercial hub area and the core area of the airport economy. With a commercial area of over 60,000 square meters, it underwent an upgrade and renovation in 2020. The renovated Huatong Plaza presents a night scene like a sea of lights and a world of light, as beautiful and splendid as a riot of flowers.
Shenzhen Baidu International Building
The Baidu International Building is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. This project has 3 floors underground and 39 floors above ground (including a 4-story podium), with a total height of 181.2 meters. The tower is a steel-reinforced concrete column frame-core tube structure system. The inclined cross steel corridor has a span of over 26 meters, and the total assembly weight is nearly 90 tons. The building is 181 meters high, with a construction area of over 220,000 square meters. It consists of two towers, east and west. It is one of the six pilot parks designated by the state for “building a world-class high-tech park”, and is also a “national intellectual property pilot park” and a “national high-tech industrial standardization demonstration zone”.
Zhuhai Fuliyoupai Plaza
Zhuhai Fuliyuapai Plaza is the result of Fuliyi Real Estate’s implementation of the “3U City Creation + ” concept in the bonded zone, aiming to create innovative products.
South China International Financial Center
The South China International Financial Center project is located in the core area of the Guangdong Financial High-tech Service Zone. It is directly connected to Qianling Lake Park and the Guang-Fo Metro. It is an above-ground property of the metro. This project is a rare large-scale urban complex in the Greater Foshan area, consisting of an upscale commercial center, super-class office buildings, and high-end business apartments. Above each towering building, the flashing neon lights resemble the rhythm of the city’s heartbeat.
