Looking back on 2019
Hongyu has spent 20 years of dedication and hard work. Over the past 20 years, we have achieved the following remarkable accomplishments:
- We have been upgraded to a “Double First-Class” qualification enterprise in the national lighting industry.
- Through the concerted efforts of the entire company, our output value has exceeded nearly 300 million yuan.
- Hongyu Lighting Company and Ruibao Design Company have both been awarded the title of National High-Tech Enterprise, and they have been honored as Contract-Keeping and Creditworthy Enterprises in Guangdong Province for over a decade. In recent years, they have obtained 6 utility model patents.
- In 2019, we strengthened internal management training for middle and senior management personnel. These personnel then underwent internal refresher training and implemented it at all positions. Through training and learning, we achieved significant and favorable results in management.
- In 2019, we made new breakthroughs in some large-scale projects, such as the Pharmaceutical Port, Huabang International Finance Center, and Zhongjiang New Town B1-1; in the municipal sector, we also made progress, such as the Jingzhou High-Speed Railway Station and the Night Lighting Project of Two Bridges and Two Lines, and the People’s Theatre and its supporting projects in Haikou.
- In 2019, we were awarded the “Zhongzao Award” for lighting engineering design by the China Lighting Association, the 11th “Zhourong Award” for China Lighting Application Design Competition held in Guangzhou by the China Building Decoration Association, the title of Excellent Lighting Design and Engineering Enterprise by the Guangdong Electrical Lighting Association, and ranked as one of the top 30 lighting engineering companies in the 9th “Golden Finger Award” for National Lighting Engineering Companies by China Lighting Network. We also received the 2019 Craftsmanship Brand Award and Outstanding Person Award at the 7th China Entrepreneur Development Conference.

Seize the opportunity and meet the challenges! Looking forward to 2020, our tasks are arduous but the future is bright. In 2020, we need to do the following:
Ensure the achievement of the target of 450 million yuan in sales revenue, and strive to exceed the challenging target of 500 million yuan.
- Further enhance the training programs for all positions within the enterprise, focus on cultivating enterprise talents, improve the internal talent mechanism, and attract outstanding talents, so as to make the talent structure more stable and reasonable.
- Introduce enterprise management software to enhance work efficiency and strengthen the management execution ability of the enterprise;
- Driven by the national promotion of the night economy policy, we need to enhance the market expansion of cultural and tourism lighting products, accelerate the construction of the branch companies, orderly proceed with the registration of municipal projects and municipal engineering works, actively participate in industry activities, enhance the influence of the enterprise’s brand image, make Hongyu a well-known domestic brand, and lay a solid foundation for a listing on the main board!
