The headquarters office building project of the China Coal Geological Bureau in the Greater Bay Area is a key project in Guangzhou in 2021 and a “siege-breaking” project in Baiyun District, with a total construction investment of 350 million yuan.
The project covers an area of 11,400 square meters and is planned to be built according to green building standards as a combination of “headquarters office industry + training center”, establishing a headquarters smart living room to strategically layout the role of Guangdong Coal Geological Bureau in the Greater Bay Area headquarters.
After the new office building is completed, it will be developed into a headquarters platform with the integrated functions of headquarters office industry and training center, further improving the industrial layout of the headquarters in the Greater Bay Area and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
