The construction general contracting project of Guangzhou Financial Control Headquarters Building is located on Block AT909038 of Guangzhou International Finance City. It is adjacent to Chepu South Road to the east, Ke Yun Road to the west, Lingjiang Avenue to the south, and Huangpu Avenue Central to the north. It is the first super high-rise project of Guangzhou Construction Co., Ltd. in the Finance City.
The project covers an area of approximately 8,423 square meters, with a total construction area of about 119,600 square meters and an estimated total project cost of approximately 653 million yuan. The building height is 143 meters, with five floors underground and 31 floors above ground. It adopts a reinforced concrete core tube structure. It is a commercial building integrating commercial, high-end office, catering, and civil defense. The project implements full-process information management using information technology and adheres to technology as the priority to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
The overall design adopts the technique of “lines leading to surfaces”, creating an impression of towering towards the sky, highlighting the uprightness of the building; the lines with light and shade separation, with golden and silver as the main color for lighting, enhancing the noble atmosphere of gold and silver of the building.
