According to the project design, a comprehensive commercial tower with a height of 180 meters and a total gross floor area exceeding 120,000 m² will be constructed. Upon completion, the building will serve as the office space for the bank’s Guangzhou Branch, Head Office Fund Operations Center, Guangzhou Technology Development Center, Guangzhou Risk Management Center, and Offsite Disaster Recovery Center.
