It will be developed as Shangpin Home Decoration’s integrated whole-house decoration industry internet platform, global innovation R&D base, new retail commercial complex, and headquarters building. The tower will comprehensively showcase the company’s advanced industrial internet applications, deeply implement innovative new retail business models in the home furnishing sector, and accelerate the rollout of its whole-house decoration strategy. This project effectively addresses the company’s shortages in R&D and office space, attracts and retains top-tier talent, enhances overall management efficiency through centralized operations, reduces rental costs, and optimizes resource allocation. It provides robust support for the company’s future high-speed business growth and elevated research capabilities, further strengthening its comprehensive competitiveness and driving sustainable long-term development.

Drawing from Shangpin’s ethos of seamless integration—blending industrial internet platforms, global R&D, new retail, and headquarters functions—our lighting strategy employs a “layered glow” approach:
- Base Activation – “Welcoming Horizon”: The podium’s retail and lobby levels feature dynamic warm-white (2800K–3500K) up-lighting and linear accents that pulse gently, inviting visitors into a collaborative “innovation hub” while highlighting interactive display zones for home design demos.
- Tower Ascent – “Vertical Narrative”: Subtle vertical grazing light traces the curtain wall’s clean lines, creating a rhythmic upward flow that symbolizes rising ideas and efficient workflows, with color accents (soft blues and golds) for evening events.
- Crown Pinnacle – “Visionary Crown”: The rooftop observation deck and mechanical crown receive focused spotlighting with tunable CCT, offering panoramic views of the Financial City after dark and serving as a subtle landmark for talent attraction.
